Comfortable Stay, But Breakfast Needs Improvement
Had a decent night as the room was comfortable, but the breakfast options were quite limited—only granola bars and instant oatmeal. The staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. For a better experience, consider eating breakfast elsewhere or arriving early for check-in to avoid delays.

Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take
The location is prime for visiting Yellowstone. just an hour away. The staff was friendly, making the check-in reasonably smooth, despite being busy!
Long wait times for check-in were frustrating. no operational ice machines added to the disappointment. Breakfast options were limited and unsatisfactory.

The front desk staff were accommodating, but the
overall cleanliness left something to be desired. There was dog hair on the sheets, and the sticky floor didn't help the experience. However, the late check-in process was smooth, which I appreciated after a long journey.

The updated rooms felt modern and refreshing.
Check-in was significantly delayed due to understaffing.

missingWrote a review on 22 Julclean roomfriendly locationnoise issueinsensitive stafflimited breakfast
Noise from the laundry room kept us awake well past midnight, and when we raised our concerns, the staff mentioned the need to do laundry at night, showing little empathy. The room itself was dated but clean. Despite the bad experience with the staff, the location provided easy access to the highway and grocery stores. Breakfast options were limited, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. If I consider returning, only a room away from the laundry would suffice.

I had a pleasant experience overall. I found the staff very friendly. The breakfast offered biscuits and gravy, with the sausage gravy being enjoyable. I appreciated the clean room, which made my stay comfortable after a long day on the road. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. Traveling from Italy, it's nice to have such welcoming places here.
Breakfast selection was somewhat limited. I noticed some cleanliness issues in the common areas. There were times when it felt understaffed.

The friendly staff went out of their way to help us fix our TV, which was a must for our relaxing evening after hiking, and we loved how they opened the breakfast room just for us every morning. The hotel had a nice pool and a cozy lounge area where we could unwind after a long day. The only downside was that it took a little while for the room to warm up upon arrival, but it quickly became comfy. 😊
